We are an unschooling family -- a mama, a papa, and a preschool-aged baby bear -- living and learning in Colorado. This blog is a chronicle of books we're reading and enjoying, and that inspire us in our every day life. Actually, we'll post informal reviews of anything we read, listen to, or watch; mostly children and young adult's literature and media, and occasionally, books/music/films/other stuff that interest the whole family. Why Pixie Hill? Our bayou-waters-blue home is planted right on top of a gentle slope and we believe there be fairies and all manner of Pixie folk (under) there!
